This January, I’ll be holding a short series of workshops about use of light and dark in drawing:

WEEK 1  Understanding Light and Dark - Learn about how to closely observe light, and draw using value

WEEK 2  Expressive Light and Dark - How you can think more creatively about light and dark in your drawings

This time of year sunlight is in short supply in Shetland! But through drawing, we’ll learn to see and sketch the variations of light that make up the world around us.
